Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return/exchange policy.
You may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from https://maxoridoproject.myshopify.com/within Thirty (30) days of delivery (no exceptions), for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. Please note that all returned items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including, tools, instructions, and batteries.
Here are steps of return process.
1. To return an item, please click “CONTACT US LINK TO https://maxoridoproject.myshopify.com/pages/contact” on our website (https://maxoridoproject.myshopify.com/) to complete the mail form with your order number and reasons for return in the content section, and attach images of the defected part on the item. All return authorizations have to be requested within fourteen (14) days from delivery date.
2. We send you an e-mail with a DHL shipping slip, if the product is eligible to be returned.
3. Please send your product using the DHL shipping slip to the following address: 4-35-12-202, Kamiuma, Setagaya-ku Tokyo Japan 154-0011. No need to pay for return shipping.
4. After we receive the item, our team of professionals inspects it and process your refund. The money is refunded to your PayPal account within a certain amount of days.
Please follow the way in “RETURN PROCESS” section to return for exchange. For exchange, please write “Exchange request” in the comment section when you fill out the mail form on our website. If we have stock of product you requested, we send it to you within a certain amount of days. If not, we inform you of the period until arrive.
Please note: All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.
Refunds are basically paid through PayPal. For customers who do not have PayPal accounts, refunds could be made using TransferWise's services. If you prefer to be refunded by Transfer Wise’s services, please give us your account number. Without your account number of Transfer Wise’s services, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
Watches purchased from our website are eligible for the manufacturer’s two-year limited warranty.

If the two-year warranty period has expired, the repair price is on the list below.
